1. Purpose of the Service

The Service provides creator and content-management tools that may help prepare, organize, schedule, and publish user-authorized content to supported third-party platforms.

2. Your accounts and authorization

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining control of your accounts. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize the Service to use the permissions you approve solely to perform requested functions. You may revoke a connection through the third-party platform where supported.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited permission to process, store, transmit, format, and publish that content only as necessary to provide the Service and carry out your instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or publish.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.
• Publish content you do not have the right to use.
• Distribute malware, deceptive material, spam, or abusive content.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Those platforms are independent services with their own terms, policies, availability, technical limits, and review processes. We do not control their systems and cannot guarantee that an upload, post, account connection, feature, or API will always remain available.

6. Publishing and performance

You control whether and when content is submitted for publishing. A successful technical submission does not guarantee that a third-party platform will approve, display, distribute, recommend, monetize, or generate views, engagement, sales, or other results from the content.

7. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical limitations, platform changes, or compliance requirements.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Delionaryo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the Service, third-party platform decisions, lost distribution, lost engagement, or unavailable integrations.

10. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or stop access to the Service when necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
